Calibration & Servicing
We recommend an annual re-calibration and certification of all devices, which includes a complete test of unit functionality, as well as battery replacement and cleaning if required. We provide ongoing technical support to our customers post-sales, together with service and maintenance contracts if required.
Our fully traceable calibration service is available for all RailSense sensor products worldwide. Our experienced technical team will calibrate and certify your device typically within 5 working days.
All units returned to us for calibration will undergo full testing prior to calibration and the customer notified of any additional servicing that may be required, e.g. rechargeable battery pack replacement and cleaning and replacement of rubber gaiters if required.
A protective shipping case is available to assist in protecting your unit during shipping. If you do not have a case, contact us to request one be sent to you.
Our Customer Service Team is available to provide full aftersales support for all systems, during office hours. Our standard warranty cover includes repair or replacement of any sensor products that may become faulty. Our engineers are also available online to provide technical support, and our sensor products are over-the-air upgradable to the latest software version.
