RailSense to Showcase Cutting-Edge Rail Safety Solutions at Rail Live 2023

Next stop for RailSense is Rail Live 2023!

At this year’s Rail Live event, RailSense will return to exhibit our range of cutting-edge rail IoT monitoring and remote sensor solutions for rail infrastructure safety. These solutions are designed to provide real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and proactive risk management to ensure the safety and efficiency of rail operations.

As the UK’s largest outdoor rail exhibition, running from 21st to 22nd June, this annual event attracts over 5000 rail professionals a year, representing all aspects of the rail industry. It brings together key players in the rail industry, including suppliers, manufacturers, operators, and industry professionals and serves as a platform for showcasing the latest advancements in rail technology, fostering industry collaborations, and discussing strategies to address current challenges.

Our team of experts will be available at the exhibition to engage with attendees, answer questions, and discuss potential collaborations and partnerships. We will be demonstrating our state-of-the-art solutions designed to make rail operations safer, more efficient, and more sustainable.

The railsense product range for remote, realtime monitoring includes:

  • VoidSense® – Sensing voids and under-track movement
  • TempSense® – For Critical Rail Temperature (CRT) and temperature tracking
  • TrackWater® – Flooding alerts and silt level sensor to monitor drainage assets
  • BuckleSense®  – Watching for possible hot-weather buckle occurrences
  • GaugeSense®  – Measure changes in gauge and track geometry remotely
  • MultiSense®  – Allowing multiple wireless sensor configurations over a wide area of rail

All products provide a centralised dashboard for remote monitoring, alarms for advanced warning and predictive maintenance capabilities.

The entire suite has been designed to give rail operators, asset managers and infrastructure owners enhanced safety information, real-time monitoring, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and reduce the burden and risk of manual measurement.

“Rail Live offers us a fantastic opportunity to present our latest products and engage with essential players in the industry. We are excited to return once more and eagerly anticipate the chance to unveil our expanding array of cutting-edge rail technology solutions to esteemed industry leaders and experts.” – Tristan Lloyd-Baker, Director, RailSense.
